Wagons are great!! Low profile so cops don't notice you and they can carry a bunch of stuff and/or the family. Station wagons are cool, it's minivan's which were created by Satan himself.

It's an older person thing. The typical S4 owner (except you Freddie) is likely going to be someone 30+ years old at least. At that age, you want to be able to ride in something a bit more practical, i.e. more spacious, less obvious (to police), and yet retain the power to quench the need for speed.

If I were to get a second dd, i think it would be the 2000-2004 Subaru Wagon (White). Then I would change my name from RSK_wannabe to B4_wannabe.

BTW, S4 wagons as all Audi wagons are called Avantes.

Honestly its the perfect DD. My '99 EX 5-speed is awesome! Gets like 30-35mpg and is ultra-reliable. And its not annoyingly slow, unless the a/c's on.

The 1992'ish Accord wagons can look good. I saw one when they were new with chrome 17" 5 spokes and a lowering kit. It was really sharp looking. The best part is that DSM exhaust manifolds bolt right onto those motors. Turbo Accord wagon anyone?
