My alternator/water pump belt broke the other day and I drove the car home. The car got real hot but I made it home. So I replace the belt and then I was driving down the road and the Battery Light comes on followed by the ABS, then srs and the car shuts off. All the fuses are fine- Also If I turn on the blinkers the tach flips out and when I turned on the lights the car shut off.!!!! Anyone have anything like this happed before?????
Thanks

I'd say either battery or alternator...
First charge the battery, and then see if it the charging system will let it hold when you put it back in..
If that doesn't work, then I'd say alternator.

Is everything spinning free? Do you have a logger/afc to check the volts?

I have a HKS turbo timer - and ems- I this the ground that connects to the big wire harness is the problem I see that it was bent touching metal and some of the wires are broken- I will try that and see-
On another note- How hard is it to re-tap the block for motor mount bolts???
Thanks

your car wouldn't run if your engine had no ground.
